Split Ends: Do They Stop Your Hair From Growing?

By Darlene Alexander

I read some interesting information on split ends and whether or not they stop your hair from growing. You can read the information by clicking here...

On this site, it answers the question, “Do split ends stop your hair from growing?”

The short answer... no! However, some problems that are a result of split ends are the obvious damage and potential for breakage.

I remember as a beautician, clients felt by trimming their split ends they would lose their length. I would tell them the importance of trimming their ends and then suggest trimming their ends every six to eight weeks to maintain a healthy appearance. Otherwise your ends will continue to split, leaving a frayed and frizzy appearance. Wouldn’t you prefer to have a smooth, healthy hairstyle?

I encourage you to read the whole article to get fully informed. The article explains how split ends occur and how you can prevent them.

Lastly, our shampoos and conditioners may assist in keeping those ends smooth. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming request for our samples, we have had to temporarily suspend our free sample program. Please continue to check our website (www.heavenlyessence.net) for future promotions and ways to purchase the products.

Let’s face it, small businesses are the backbone of our communities; providing jobs, supporting local charities and events. Although considered small by the world’s standard, small businesses are making a difference, they are changing lives and that’s why we consider them mighty and worth promoting.
