Cool Down with a Healthy Smoothie

The heat is on and I don’t know about you, but where we live the temperature is above 100 degrees.

Naturally, you should consume plenty of water to stay hydrated. However; at some point you may want to add some nutrition and healthful variety.

Here you go – my favorite smoothie recipe:

¼ cup of pineapple
¼ cup of frozen or fresh peaches
¼ cup of frozen or fresh mango
1 scoop of peach sorbet
¼ cup of ice
½ cup of orange juice

Blend it up and enjoy!
