Having a Nice Balanced Diet for Healthy Hair

By Sheldon Alexander

An article I read on this webpage talks about how to have a well balanced diet in order to have healthy hair. It's very important otherwise your hair will be looking dull and dry.

As suggested from www.mypyramid.gov, you should eat 6 servings of fruits and vegetables a day in order to stay healthy. But it's also a matter of which fruits and vegetables you need to eat. The three best vegetables you should eat for healthy hair are: brewer's yeast, cabbage, and green peas. Three main fruits you should eat are, apples, avocados, and cranberries.

These main fruits and vegetables help nourish the hair and scalp, while adding strength and keeping hair from looking or feeling dry and dull. So you'll get healthy looking hair while improving and maintaining good health.

Try eating these with a combination of other fruits and vegetables. You can mix them with your other favorite fruits and vegetables for best results.
